How does the bunkering marketplace work?+
Fleet and Enterprise users can post bunker requirements or supply availability. The platform matches buyers and sellers, handles documentation (BDN), and processes payment.
Is MARPOL Annex VI compliance included?+
Yes, Fleet and Enterprise plans include automated MARPOL Annex VI compliance tracking, sulphur content monitoring, and fuel oil changeover recording.
Can I add vessels beyond the Fleet plan limit?+
Additional vessels on the Fleet plan are $15/vessel/month. For 20+ vessels, we recommend the Enterprise plan for better economics.
Do you offer annual billing?+
Yes, annual prepayment saves 15% on Vessel Operator and Fleet plans. Enterprise pricing is custom.
