Plans are paid by bank transfer against an invoice. Available transfer instructions are shown on your invoice; Cantarell does not accept card payments.

Do plans cover all roles?+
Starter and Professional include full access to your primary role dashboard (the one you select at signup). Enterprise unlocks multi-role access, letting you switch between all dashboards and manage multiple companies from a single account.
What if I need more users or vehicles?+
You can scale your plan anytime. Additional users are $25/user/mo and vehicles are $15/vehicle/mo.
What are the transaction fees?+
Cantarell never processes, holds or moves your payments. You pay sellers and carriers directly from your own bank account to their verified account, by wire, ACH credit, RTP or FedNow, and your bank charges its own transfer fee. Cantarell gives you the payment instructions, tracks each payment until the seller confirms it, and invoices its own fee separately: your plan, or the High Volume per-gallon fee.
What is the High Volume pricing model?+
The High Volume model is designed for exporters, wholesalers, and distributors processing large volumes. Instead of a monthly subscription, you pay a per-gallon fee ($0.01/gal for US, $0.01-$0.05/L for MX). All platform features are included.
What does the Driver plan include?+
The Driver plan ($25 USD/month) includes spend controls for the fuel cards you already use, GPS tracking, expense reports, receipt management, and price alerts. Cantarell does not issue cards or charge a fee per fuel purchase.
